November 2016: CIBAC Signed Friendship Agreement with Changsha Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs

In November 2016,​​ CIBAC​​ visited Changsha​​ in​​ Hunan Province.​​ CIBAC President, Johnny So signed a friendship agreement with Zeng Yingming, President of​​ Changsha Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs. At the meeting, both parties also proposed quality projects to explore cooperation opportunities.​​
