In October 2014, CIBAC China delegation visited Changsha Municipality in Hunan Province. Rui Yingzi, Deputy Director of Changsha People's Congress Standing Committee, Du Zhongta, Director of Changsha Foreign​​ &​​ Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, and Liu Fang, Vice Chairman of the Changsha People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, hosted a banquet at Changsha Tongcheng Hotel to warmly welcome the delegation.
