Johnny So (President)
Johnny So is the President of Chinese Investment & Business Alliance of Canada (CIBAC) and Victory Consulting Group.
CIBAC is aiming to help Canadian Business create a corporate synergy internationally with business mainly from China and Hong Kong. Mr. So has been dedicated and committed to providing a gateway for business people from both Canada and China to explore business interest and opportunity in different industries.
Mr. So had spent most of the last 16 plus years working in Canada doing import and export business with Hong Kong and China for the small and medium sized entrepreneurs, providing services for wholesalers and retailers.
A Team Leader, acting as the liaison between the board directors and members with the three level of government in Canada on matters of business development as well as community affairs. Established a huge network in order to setup platforms and forums for all the members to exchange ideas through meeting and seminars.
Organized a Trade Mission for Canada’s SME Firms to visit China/Hong Kong in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016 for exploring and creating business opportunities.
Actively participated in the “Belt and Road Initiative”, objective is to encourage and facilitate Canadian companies to diversity their business to China/Hong Kong and meet potential investors in a strategic, effective and efficient way.
Winnie Wong (Corporate Secretary)

Winnie Wong (Corporate Secretary)
Winnie Wong is a licensed public accountant practicing in Toronto, Canada. She obtained her CA designation in 1990, and was elected to the fellowship in 2003, the highest designation conferred by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in recognition of members’ career achievements and leadership contribution. Winnie serves on the board of directors of business associations and not for profit organizations and has an active role in the helping Chinese in the Canadian market and supported business exchange of the two countries.

Donald Fang (Treasurer)

Donald Fang (Treasurer)
Donald is a well-rounded visionary with strong academic background and practical professional experience in both multinational and private corporations. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he is accustomed to both Eastern and Western cultures.
As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2011 and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) licensed in 2016, Donald has a breadth of experience in tax, audit, investment, wealth management, business development, business consultation and corporate strategy.
Graduated in 2008 from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Com), Donald is also a Master of Science candidate, expected to graduate by the end of 2016, in Information & Knowledge Strategy (MS) at Columbia University in the City of New York, an interdisciplinary degree that focuses on integrating knowledge management, human collaboration, emerging technology and business strategy.
With his various knowledge and insight, Donald strives to be the bridge to connect Easter and Western cultures and to bring new thinking and practice to digitize traditional industries.
James Lee (Director)

James Lee (Overseas Advisor)
James was born and raised in Hong Kong with a degree in Economics. After graduation from Hong Kong University in 1975 , James started his career as audit accountant for Arthur Andersen, then import manager for Li &Fung Trading. In 1984, upon emigration to Canada, James was transferred by Citibank Hong Kong to Citibank Canada as unit head in Group Finance and later promoted to VP in charge of offshore banking and China town branches in Vancouver and Toronto. He then shifted to the real estate sector to work for Royal Lepage in property investments in Toronto, then in property developments for companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai. James later on joined the Hong Kong Dah Chong Hong Group as General Manager-China Operations to station in Shanghai to oversee the Group businesses in China, including trading and distributions in food, electrical appliances, automobiles; manufacturing in chocolates and poultry products ; and restaurants businesses. Subsequently, he joined HSBC as SVP in private banking in Hong Kong and China, then Maxdo Group as CFO and Executive director , looking after the Group’s investment projects in China. Upon retirement in the early 2010 , James engages in occasional business consultancy work, particularly for foreign companies with interests in China. James has also been very active in taking up voluntary social capacities , including former Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Business Association in Shanghai , former member of the CPPCC for the Changsha government, currently Vice Chairman of the Changsha Overseas Friendship Association and the Overseas Director of the Chinese Investment & Business Alliance of Canada etc. James was former member of the Advisory Board of the Gustavson School of Business and currently with the Advisory Board of the Beedie School of Business.
Will Sung (Director)
Will Sung has been a pioneering member in the real estate industry in Toronto since 1984. During the recession of the early 90s, Will inventively cultivated a Canadian Asian market along Highway 7 between Leslie Street and Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill Ontario. His success in launching over one million square feet of commercial condominiums to Asian entrepreneurs was then regarded as a real estate miracle.
Will established his company, Landstars Realty Inc. in 1989. Upon joining the Century21 franchise system in 1991, Landstars Realty Inc. and its remarkable sales achievement, was recognized as a ‘Centurian Office’. In 2013, Will renamed the brokerage Landstars 360 Realty Inc., specializing in commercial real estate project management and development.
Will is also the founding director of Richmond Hill & Markham Chinese Business Association, and the President of the Vaughan Chinese Business Association. His main mission in his roles is to develop a deeper tie between the Canadian entrepreneurs and their Chinese counterparts across Canada and the world.
Dianne Ojar (Director)
Dianne is a Canadian entrepreneur, an expert in women’s entrepreneurship and angel investor, a powerhouse relationship builder, business woman, serial entrepreneur and mother. The awardawinning author of her first book, “Mrs. Fraud and You.
She is a caring person who will not accept “NO” as an answer, Dianne is a motivator, mentor and “Doer”. She makes things happen. She is always willing to offer a welcoming hand and a willingness to share her knowledge.
Due to her entrepreneurial background she has become a proverbial ‘Jane-of-all-trades’, on the Canadian and international speaker circuits on subject related to gender, impact investing, entrepreneurship, innovation and philanthropy.
Dianne has started her journey by founding her first venture “NVP Media Group” in 2014 then rebranded her dream as “Olive Media” in 2016.
Olive Media is a leading media enterprise in North America, working in TV, press, magazines, film, radio and digital media. Creating, producing, and selling content across all key genres and broadcast platforms. Olive Media so far has been a pioneer for new opportunities for advertisers that better integrate the medium with search, mobile, content and transaction.
Dianne loves impulsive people who design beautiful & emotional products because they couldn’t dream of doing anything else. That drove her to the foundation of “The Entrepreneurs Network”-TEN, a Canadian platform providing exposure and support to entrepreneurs dedicated to solving today’s grand challenges and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – UN SDGs.
Lending herself to the community at large, Dianne believes, “that every person, and more so, everyone should do their utmost to explore and exploit their potential. The world is a big place, so find your place in it. Do what you know. Do what you love!”
