September 2017: Welcome Reception by Changsha Municipal Government

In September 2017, Honorary Advisor of CIBAC, Mr. Alan Ho, City of Markham Councillor led​​ the​​ delegation of CIBAC members visited Changsha, Hunan Province. On behalf of Changsha Municipal Government, Ms. Rui Yingzi, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Changsha People's Congress, warmly received Mr. Alan Ho and his party. Mr. ​​ Alan Ho promoted Markham, a vibrant science and technology city, to his Chinese counterpart and expressed his hope to see more and more exchanges between Markham and Changsha in trade, culture, education and other areas.
