In October 2014, CIBAC China delegation visited Changsha Municipality in Hunan Province. Representatives of Hunan Provincial High-tech Entrepreneurs Association, Changsha High-tech Entrepreneurs Association, and Changsha Association for Professional Managers ( collectively referred as “Xiangsanxie” ) warmly received the delegation and respectively signed​​ Friendship​​ Agreements with CIBAC.
